My experience at the hotel was quite fulfilling. The welcoming staff, especially Steffi, were incredibly friendly and professional, making the stay all the more enjoyable. I was impressed by the Ayurvedic treatments and the variety of food available. However, there were a few hiccups with communication, particularly when arranging transport.
